Processing & Handling Time Frame
As a small business, please understand that our processing and shipping + handling timeframe will take longer than a big corporate business's. This means we may not always immediately have the items you ordered in stock, and can only begin processing your order after receiving your payment and verifying it. It generally takes 1-3 days to process items in stock, and 3-6 weeks for pre-order/ hand-made items.
Once the processing is completed, we will ship your order If an item is needed by a certain date, please email us at email@example.com prior to purchasing to see if we can get it to you by the date needed. Altogether with processing and shipping + handling, it typically takes anywhere between 1-6 weeks (business days only excluding holidays) for you to receive your item.

Shipping Time Frame
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with tracking information, Please allow 1 day for it to update into USPS system. Typical shipping time is 1-3 business days.

* If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
